FAQ3K Series Three-Stage Temperature Stickers
The 3K series MINI temperature stickers are three-section irreversible temperature stickers launched by NIGK. Their extremely small size and precise design allow them to be applied to tiny components or confined spaces. When the temperature of the area where the sticker is applied reaches a preset threshold, it changes color, and the color change is irreversible. These stickers are designed for temperature control needs on electronic component surfaces, bearings, modules, or precision devices. They are thin, easy to apply, and effectively provide temperature history recording.
Product Introduction
The 3K series MINI stickers feature a three-segment color design, displaying three temperature increments (e.g., 40 → 45 → 50 ℃) on a single sticker. Once the sticker reaches the corresponding temperature, the corresponding area permanently changes color and cannot be reversed, ensuring accurate and reliable temperature signals. They are extremely small—the nominal sticker base size is only 6.5 × 11 mm, suitable for application to tiny parts or narrow surfaces. Each of the three temperature indicator sections has a diameter of 1.5 mm, and the stickers comply with RoHS environmental regulations. Each box contains 20 stickers, making them ideal for applications requiring precise temperature measurement.
