FAQ4L Series Four-Segment Temperature Stickers
The 4L series are irreversible color-changing temperature stickers. Each sticker has four temperature points; when the temperature at the application location reaches a certain set point, the corresponding area will change color and retain that state permanently. The stickers are 23 × 45 mm in size and can be applied to machinery, electronic components, process parts, or other hot spots to quickly determine if overheating has occurred. These irreversible stickers require no power, are easy to use, and are ideal for equipment maintenance, hot spot monitoring, and process verification.
Product Introduction
The 4L series stickers feature a four-segment design. After being applied to the component being tested, as the temperature gradually rises to the set value for each segment, the corresponding dot changes from its original color to orange and does not revert to its original color. This allows for a clear understanding of the overheating temperature reached at that location. The stickers are easy to apply, of a suitable size, and are ideal for applications with limited space or where visual temperature history is required.
