FAQ4ML Series Small Four-Point Temperature Stickers
The 4ML series is THERMAX's four-point irreversible color-changing temperature sticker. Once applied to the surface being measured, when the temperature reaches one of its calibrated points, the corresponding area permanently changes color and will not revert, providing a clear temperature history record. The stickers are only 4 × 11 mm in size, making them ideal for micro-components, space-constrained equipment, or precision parts. The stickers offer nine different temperature ranges, with each pack containing 10 stickers, allowing users to select the optimal temperature level based on their process requirements.
Product Introduction
The TC5 series stickers feature a five-point circular design. Once applied to the surface being measured, the small dots on the sticker immediately change color and permanently retain that state as long as the temperature at that location reaches the calibrated value. This eliminates the need for long-term wiring or continuous monitoring to determine whether the temperature has been reached. The product is irreversible and suitable for visual inspection needs related to "whether overheating has occurred" in various scenarios such as electronic equipment, mechanical devices, process equipment, and the food and pharmaceutical industries.
