FAQ8E Series Eight-Stage Temperature Stickers
The 8E series is an eight-segment irreversible temperature sticker launched by NIGK. It can display eight progressively higher temperature points on a single sticker. Once the temperature of the surface being measured rises sequentially to each stage, the corresponding area of the sticker will permanently change color. This irreversible design makes the temperature history an unalterable record, making it particularly suitable for abnormal temperature monitoring and history verification in places such as switchboards, busbars, and equipment surfaces.
Product Introduction
The 8E series stickers feature eight temperature thresholds set every 10 °C, such as 50 → 60 → 70 … → 120 °C. Each threshold is reached, and the sticker changes color permanently, making it a precise tool for recording temperature history. The product requires no power supply or wiring; simply attach it to the surface being measured for easy operation. The sticker material complies with RoHS environmental standards, and its moderate size makes it suitable for various industrial and commercial equipment. It can be used long-term in temperature monitoring applications such as switchboards, busbars, motors, or electronic equipment, providing reliable temperature change alerts and recording functions.
