FAQ8L Series Eight-Division Temperature Stickers
The 8L series is THERMAX's eight-point irreversible temperature sticker. Each sticker contains eight temperature sensing zones. When applied to the surface of the object being measured and the temperature gradually rises to each set point, the corresponding zone will permanently change color and retain a color-changing history, allowing for easy determination of whether the temperature has been met without continuous monitoring. The stickers are of moderate size and easy to use, suitable for various scenarios such as electronic equipment, power distribution systems, mechanical transmissions, process equipment, and transportation monitoring.
Product Introduction
The 8L series stickers feature an eight-grid design. Each sticker, when applied to a hot spot on equipment or a component surface, changes color from its original color to a darker color as the temperature reaches the set value for each segment. This color change is permanent, clearly indicating the highest temperature recorded at that location. This product is irreversible, requires no power supply or instruments, is easy to operate, and is suitable for process verification, equipment hot spot detection, quality history recording, and safety monitoring.
