FAQG-Series High Temperature Resistant Stickers
The G series is a series of irreversible temperature stickers (G-1 and G-2 models) launched by Nikko Technical Research Institute for high-temperature applications. These stickers feature a coated design and a special adhesive that allows for direct application to equipment surfaces. Suitable for high-temperature environments ranging from 250°C to 450°C, the stickers permanently change color once the set temperature is reached. They are suitable for electronic equipment, machinery, ships, vehicles, heating machines, switchboards, and other applications requiring monitoring of extremely high temperatures.
Product Introduction
The G-series stickers utilize coating-type sticker technology, combining the pigment's melting point with the base sticker. Once applied to high-temperature equipment, they permanently change color when the set temperature is reached. The stickers are ready to use immediately after application to the device being tested, requiring no power supply or complex wiring, providing a simple and reliable temperature monitoring solution for high-temperature processes. This product is suitable for use in extreme high-temperature environments and features an irreversible design, making it ideal for historical temperature recording or anomaly alerts.
