FAQM Series Temperature Indicator Crayons
The M series is a non-reversible temperature sensing pen/temperature-sensing wax pen product launched by NIGK, specifically designed for high-temperature processes such as metal, plastic, and glass forming, welding, and heat treatment. Simply apply the wax pen to the surface to be tested; it melts and disappears when the set temperature is reached, indicating whether the temperature has reached the target. It is simple and reliable to operate. Suitable for various industrial scenarios such as forging, heat treatment, reactor sidewalls, forming machines, and heating components in piping.
Product Introduction
The M series features a crayon-style design with a pen body measuring φ10 mm × 75 mm. After being attached to or applied to the surface being tested, such as metal, glass, or plastic, the crayon will melt or change appearance when the temperature reaches the indicated temperature range (approximately 40 °C to 915 °C), indicating that the temperature has exceeded the limit. This is an irreversible design, used for temperature history recording or process checkpoints. The product complies with RoHS standards, but should be stored away from humid environments to maintain accuracy and effectiveness. Suitable for high-temperature applications such as forging, molding, resin molding, welding, reaction towers/furnaces, and pipeline heating detection.

- Usage and storage precautions : Draw on a heated object and observe whether it melts to determine if the temperature is above or below the specified level; this product is susceptible to moisture, so please be sure to return it to the provided plastic sleeve after use.
