VL Series Vacuum Temperature Stickers

The VL series is a temperature sticker developed by NIGK specifically for vacuum environments. It can operate stably in environments ranging from 1 Pa to atmospheric pressure and can perform real-time temperature monitoring without a power source. The sticker will permanently change color when the calibrated temperature is reached, effectively recording process temperature changes. It is the simplest and most reliable temperature detection solution in fields such as vacuum process equipment, semiconductor packaging, etching, or coating systems.
Product Introduction
The VL series is made of highly stable materials and features no outgassing, making it suitable for use in vacuum and low-pressure environments. The sticker temperature indicator changes from pale yellow to black when the target temperature is reached; the change is clear and irreversible, serving as a temperature history record or for tracking abnormal hot spots. The product complies with RoHS regulations, will not contaminate the process environment, and can adhere to the measured surface for extended periods. It is easy to install and responds quickly, making it particularly suitable for thermal monitoring applications in vacuum etching, vacuum deposition, thin film processing, and semiconductor manufacturing.
- Dimensions : 8 × 20 mm
- Packaging : 10 pieces per box, not sold individually.
*Precautions: Please use below 230°C. Temperatures above 230°C may cause gas release. To remove the sticker, allow it to cool to approximately 20°C and remove it quickly with tweezers. Repeatedly cooling the sticker to room temperature or leaving it on for an extended period may make it more difficult to remove. If there is any adhesive residue on the surface, it can be removed with a thinner.
