The CT-200 is a common T-type terminal block temperature sensor, designed for applications requiring a compact terminal block and easy wiring. Its robust construction and quick installation make it suitable for precise temperature monitoring with machine tools, control boxes, piping, or test fixtures. The product supports a variety of sensing elements and materials, and offers flexible customization options to meet the needs of different industrial environments.
Description
The CT-200 features a T-head terminal box design, offering ample space and simplifying wiring and maintenance. It is suitable for applications with limited installation space but requiring frequent maintenance or replacement. Sensing elements can be selected from common thermocouples (K/T/J/R/S/B) or platinum resistors (PT100 / PT1000 / PT500), with different accuracy levels and packaging options available to meet process requirements. Protective sleeves, probe diameters, and insertion lengths can all be customized to suit various applications in food, chemical, semiconductor, and general industrial processes.

- Probe length: can be specified as needed (e.g., 30mm, 50mm, 100mm and above)
Installation
- T-type terminal box fixed type (wiring inside the terminal box), can be installed by insertion or contact; threads, flanges or other fixing accessories can be customized if needed.
