The CT-201 features a threaded mounting design, specifically designed for applications requiring stable installation and accurate temperature measurement within piping connections and equipment structures. It offers a variety of sensing elements and material options to meet high, medium, and low temperature requirements, and with customization services, it is suitable for chemical, manufacturing, food processing, and automated production line environments.
Description
The CT-201 threaded temperature sensor, fitted with standard threads (1/4″ PT / 1/2″ PT / 3/4″ PT), securely screws into pipelines or equipment interfaces, ensuring stable mounting and protection against vibration or fluid impact. The protective sheath is available in SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel, with diameters of φ6.3 mm or φ12 mm and standard lengths of 200, 300, and 500 mm, with custom lengths also available. Sensing elements include thermocouples (K-type and J-type) and platinum resistors (PT100). Accuracy classes correspond to Class 2 for K/J and Class A or B for PT100, covering temperature ranges from extremely low to medium-high temperatures (–200℃ to +1000℃, depending on the element). The standard lead configuration is 2-wire thermocouple and 3-wire PT100. This product is particularly suitable for pipeline outlet temperature control, heat exchangers, process outlet or inlet pipe temperature monitoring, and applications requiring secure pipe thread interfaces and good sealing.
