Description

The CT-202 features a snap-fit ​​design, allowing for secure mounting to pipe walls or bore surfaces via single or double hooks, eliminating the need for threaded tightening and facilitating quick and easy installation/removal. It comes with a T-type terminal box, providing ample wiring space and protection. Standard sensing elements include K/J type thermocouples and PT100 platinum resistors, supporting Class 2 (thermocouple) and Class A/B (PT100) accuracy selection. Protective sleeves are available in φ4.8 mm, 5 mm, or 6.3 mm, made of SUS304/SUS316. Snap-fit ​​outer diameters are available in 12 mm, 15 mm, and 17 mm, and the snap-fit ​​components are made of copper (Cu). In addition to standard specifications, the sensing element, length, and material can be customized to meet diverse application requirements.

• Type K thermocouple: Approximately –50°C to +1200°C
• Type T thermocouple: Approximately –250°C to +350°C
• J-type thermocouple: approx. –40°C ~ +750°C
• R/S/B type thermocouple: approx. +600°C ~ +1600°C
• PT100: –200°C ~ +500°C (depending on package and wire material)

Probe Appearance and Dimensions

• Standard rod-shaped probe diameters: Φ3.2, Φ4.8, Φ5, Φ6.3 mm, Φ9.5 mm (custom sizes available)
• Probe length: can be specified as needed (e.g., 30mm, 50mm, 100mm and above)

Snap Fastener Specifications

• Single hook/double hook, outer diameter: 12 mm / 15 mm / 17 mm; material: copper (Cu).

Selection of Probe Material

Material	Description
304SS	Stainless steel for general industrial use, with excellent corrosion resistance.
316SS	High corrosion-resistant stainless steel, suitable for chemical or humid environments.
310SS	High-temperature stainless steel with excellent heat resistance.
P4	High-purity ferritic alloy, resistant to high temperatures and corrosion.
INCONEL	Ultra-high temperature nickel-based alloy, resistant to oxidation and acidic environments.
Hastelloy-C	High corrosion resistant nickel-chromium alloy, resistant to strong acid environments.
Hastelloy-B	High acid resistance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy, suitable for extremely acidic environments.
