CT-210 T-Head Thermometer


The CT-210 is a temperature sensor equipped with a T-type terminal box, supporting both thermocouples and platinum resistance temperature sensing elements, suitable for various industrial applications. It features high stability, easy installation, a wide selection of pipe threads, and high customization flexibility, making it a reliable temperature monitoring solution for applications such as machine internals, piping, and control boxes.
Description
The CT-210 features a T-type terminal box design, internally accommodating wiring terminals for easier wiring maintenance and reducing the likelihood of external interference. It uses a standard φ6.3 mm protective sleeve with lengths of 300 mm and 500 mm, and is available in SUS304 or SUS316 materials, suitable for general industrial environments or slightly corrosive environments. Thread specifications include 1/2″ PF and 1/4″ PT, facilitating connections to different pipes or equipment. Its components include K-type and J-type thermocouples and PT100 platinum resistors, with accuracy ranging from Class 2 (thermocouple) to Class A/B (PT100) depending on the component, offering compatibility from low to high temperature ranges. Customization of the sensing element, length, and material is available for specific requirements.
