CT-211 High-Temperature Thermometer

The CT-211 is a terminal box-type temperature sensor designed for high temperatures. It features an alumina (Al₂O₃) ceramic protective sheath, ensuring stable measurement and long-term durability even in extreme high-temperature environments. It standardly supports R/S/K type thermocouples, with selectable accuracy of Class 1 or Class 2, and is available in lengths of 500 mm and 800 mm. In addition to standard specifications, the sensing element, length, and material can all be customized.

Description

The CT-211 is specifically designed for furnace, sintering, heat treatment, metallurgy, and other extremely high-temperature processes. It features a built-in high-temperature thermocouple with an alumina ceramic protective sheath, capable of withstanding operating conditions up to 1600°C (R/S type) or up to 1250°C (K type). The product uses a large T-type terminal box for easy wiring, maintenance, and on-site repair; its heat-resistant structure and excellent insulation make it suitable for harsh environments such as furnaces or high-temperature reactors. Customization is available to meet specific requirements for different pipe diameters, lengths, or special materials.
