Its dedicated waterproof design effectively isolates external moisture, ensuring accurate temperature sensing and durability, making it a reliable choice for industrial temperature measurement.

Description

The CT-304 features a waterproof terminal box design, providing waterproof and sealed performance, making it suitable for applications in humid environments, outdoor locations, or frequent cleaning scenarios. Sensing elements can be thermocouples or RTDs, and probe materials, protective sheaths, and dimensions can be customized to meet specific requirements, offering both durability and flexible specifications.

Accuracy Class

  • Class A, Class B, 1/10 DIN, 1/5 DIN, 1/3 DIN (select according to application)

Wiring Method

  • Thermocouple: 2-wire
  • PT100: 3-wire

Temperature Range (depending on the sensing element)

  • Type K thermocouple: Approximately –50°C to +1200°C
  • Type T thermocouple: Approximately –250°C to +350°C
  • J-type thermocouple: approx. –40°C ~ +750°C
  • R/S/B type thermocouple: approx. +600°C ~ +1600°C
  • PT100: –200°C ~ +500°C (depending on package and wire material)

Material Description
304SS Stainless steel for general industrial use, with excellent corrosion resistance.
316SS High corrosion-resistant stainless steel, suitable for chemical or humid environments.
310SS High-temperature stainless steel with excellent heat resistance.
P4 High-purity ferritic alloy, resistant to high temperatures and corrosion.
INCONEL Ultra-high temperature nickel-based alloy, resistant to oxidation and acidic environments.
Hastelloy-C High corrosion resistant nickel-chromium alloy, resistant to strong acid environments.
Hastelloy-B High acid resistance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy, suitable for extremely acidic environments.
