Description
The CT-305 features a threaded mounting design, allowing direct insertion into piping or equipment bolt holes, making it suitable for industrial applications requiring long-term monitoring and high stability. Sensing elements include K/J type thermocouples and PT100 resistance thermometers, and it supports customized protective sheath materials and lengths, providing application flexibility.

- Class A, Class B, 1/10 DIN, 1/5 DIN, 1/3 DIN (select according to application)
Wiring Method
- Thermocouple: 2-wire
- PT100: 3-wire
Temperature Range (depending on the sensing element)
- Type K thermocouple: Approximately –50°C to +1200°C
- Type T thermocouple: Approximately –250°C to +350°C
- J-type thermocouple: approx. –40°C ~ +750°C
- R/S/B type thermocouple: approx. +600°C ~ +1600°C
- PT100: –200°C ~ +500°C (depending on package and wire material)
Probe Appearance and Dimensions
- Standard rod-shaped probe diameters: Φ3.2, Φ4.8, Φ5, Φ6.3 mm, Φ9.5 mm (custom sizes available)
- Probe length: can be specified as needed (e.g., 30mm, 50mm, 100mm and above)
Threaded Threads
- We support 1/4″ PT and 1/2″ PT thread specifications.
