CT-308 Pressure-Resistant Thermometer

The CT-308 is a protective sleeve manufactured using deep-hole machining on a solid rod, offering superior strength compared to ordinary sleeves. It is particularly suitable for temperature monitoring in high-pressure processes and industrial environments. It is a robust, pressure-resistant, and highly accurate temperature sensing solution.
Description
The CT-308's protective sleeve features a one-piece deep-hole machining design, enhancing overall strength and enabling long-term stable operation in high-pressure environments. Temperature sensing elements include K and J thermocouples and PT100 resistance thermometers, with custom specifications available to meet diverse industrial application needs.

Sensing Element
- Thermocouples: Types K, T, J, R, S, and B
- Platinum resistors: PT100, PT1000, PT500
Accuracy Class
- Class A, Class B, 1/10 DIN, 1/5 DIN, 1/3 DIN (select according to application)
Wiring Method
- Thermocouple: 2-wire
- PT100: 3-wire
Temperature Range (depending on the sensing element)
- Type K thermocouple: Approximately –50°C to +1200°C
- Type T thermocouple: Approximately –250°C to +350°C
- J-type thermocouple: approx. –40°C ~ +750°C
- R/S/B type thermocouple: approx. +600°C ~ +1600°C
- PT100: –200°C ~ +500°C (depending on package and wire material)
Probe Appearance and Dimensions
- Standard rod-shaped probe diameters: Φ3.2, Φ4.8, Φ5, Φ6.3 mm, Φ9.5 mm (custom sizes available)
- Probe length: can be specified as needed (e.g., 30mm, 50mm, 100mm and above)
Threaded Threads
- Standard interface: 1/2″ PT.

Installation
- The small round-head terminal box features a fixed design for easy connection and maintenance.

| Hastelloy-B | High acid resistance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy, suitable for extremely acidic environments. |
