The CT-320 is a temperature sensor specifically designed for high-temperature environments, providing stable and accurate temperature monitoring capabilities. It is widely used in high-temperature processes, furnaces, heat treatment, and other fields. In addition to the standard model, the sensing element, length, and materials can all be customized to flexibly meet different application requirements.
Description
The CT-320 features a robust and high-temperature resistant design, enabling long-term stable operation in harsh environments. Equipped with sensing elements adapted to various high-temperature requirements and stable performance, it is an ideal choice for temperature monitoring in high-temperature areas, and its functions and specifications can be adjusted according to needs.

Accuracy Class
- Class A, Class B, 1/10 DIN, 1/5 DIN, 1/3 DIN (select according to application)
Wiring Method
- Thermocouple: 2-wire
- PT100: 3-wire
Temperature Range (depending on the sensing element)
- Type K thermocouple: Approximately –50°C to +1200°C
- Type T thermocouple: Approximately –250°C to +350°C
- J-type thermocouple: approx. –40°C ~ +750°C
- R/S/B type thermocouple: approx. +600°C ~ +1600°C
- PT100: –200°C ~ +500°C (depending on package and wire material)
Probe Appearance and Dimensions
- Standard rod-shaped probe diameters: Φ3.2, Φ4.8, Φ5, Φ6.3 mm, Φ9.5 mm (custom sizes available)
- Probe length: can be specified as needed (e.g., 30mm, 50mm, 100mm and above)
Installation
- The small round-head terminal box features a fixed design for easy connection and maintenance.

| Hastelloy-C | High corrosion resistant nickel-chromium alloy, resistant to strong acid environments. |
| Hastelloy-B | High acid resistance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy, suitable for extremely acidic environments. |
