The CT-322 is a movable threaded terminal box temperature sensor, featuring adjustable thread depth, suitable for industrial applications requiring easy installation and positioning. Its high customization flexibility allows for precise fulfillment of various field application needs.

Description

The CT-322 features an adjustable thread design, allowing users to adjust the probe insertion depth and angle to suit installation needs, enhancing ease of installation and measurement. In addition to standard specifications, various sensing elements, probe lengths, and materials can be customized to flexibly meet the application conditions of different industrial settings.

Sensing Element

  • Thermocouples: Types K, T, J, R, S, and B
  • Platinum resistors: PT100, PT1000, PT500

Accuracy Class

  • Class A, Class B, 1/10 DIN, 1/5 DIN, 1/3 DIN (select according to application)

Wiring Method

  • Thermocouple: 2-wire
  • PT100: 3-wire

Temperature Range (depending on the sensing element)

  • Type K thermocouple: Approximately –50°C to +1200°C
  • Type T thermocouple: Approximately –250°C to +350°C
  • J-type thermocouple: approx. –40°C ~ +750°C
  • R/S/B type thermocouple: approx. +600°C ~ +1600°C
  • PT100: –200°C ~ +500°C (depending on package and wire material)

Probe Appearance and Dimensions

  • Standard rod-shaped probe diameters: Φ3.2, Φ4.8, Φ5, Φ6.3 mm, Φ9.5 mm (custom sizes available)
  • Probe length: can be specified as needed (e.g., 30mm, 50mm, 100mm and above)

Threaded Threads

  • We support 1/4″ PT and 1/2″ PT thread specifications.
    For other specifications or customized options, please contact us for discussion.

Installation

  • The small round-head terminal box features a fixed design for easy connection and maintenance.

Selection of Probe Material

Material Description
304SS Stainless steel for general industrial use, with excellent corrosion resistance.
316SS High corrosion-resistant stainless steel, suitable for chemical or humid environments.
310SS High-temperature stainless steel with excellent heat resistance.
P4 High-purity ferritic alloy, resistant to high temperatures and corrosion.
INCONEL Ultra-high temperature nickel-based alloy, resistant to oxidation and acidic environments.
Hastelloy-C High corrosion resistant nickel-chromium alloy, resistant to strong acid environments.
Hastelloy-B High acid resistance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy, suitable for extremely acidic environments.
