CT-331 Flange Type Thermometer
Flange-fixed design for stable and precise temperature measurement.


The CT-331 uses a flange mounting method, allowing the temperature sensor to be securely connected to pipelines, containers, or system panels. It is suitable for stable temperature monitoring in pressure lines, high-vibration, and harsh environments. Its enclosed installation structure reduces the risk of external media intrusion, improving overall measurement stability and safety.
Description
The CT-331 flange-type temperature sensor is reliably locked to a standard flange interface to prevent displacement and leakage. It is particularly suitable for applications such as pressure pipelines and reaction equipment, meeting the requirements of high-temperature processes. The protective sleeve is made of Al₂O₃ ceramic, which can effectively resist high temperatures and corrosion, and is suitable for metallurgical, heat treatment, and high-temperature reaction environments.

- Type K thermocouple: Approximately –50°C to +1200°C
- Type T thermocouple: Approximately –250°C to +350°C
- J-type thermocouple: approx. –40°C ~ +750°C
- R/S/B type thermocouple: approx. +600°C ~ +1600°C
- PT100: –200°C ~ +500°C (depending on package and wire material)

- Probe length: can be specified as needed (e.g., 30mm, 50mm, 100mm and above)
