The CT-334 is an explosion-proof temperature sensor designed specifically for sensitive environments containing flammable gases or dust. It features an explosion-proof head (XDA explosion-proof head) and a fully enclosed protective structure, enabling continuous and stable operation in hazardous locations. It is available in standard and customized specifications and is the preferred choice for safety temperature monitoring in industries such as petrochemical, natural gas, chemical, and warehousing.
Description
The CT-334 explosion-proof temperature sensor features an XDA explosion-proof terminal box design, complying with safety regulations for explosive gas or dust environments. Sensing elements include K-type and J-type thermocouples and PT100 platinum resistors. The accuracy class standard is Class 2 for K/J, while PT100 is available in Class A or B. The temperature measurement range is from −200 °C to +1000 °C, covering temperature requirements in various extreme environments. The protective sleeve diameter is available in φ15 or φ20 mm, with standard tube lengths of 300 mm, 500 mm, and 800 mm. Materials include SUS304, SUS316, and INCONEL600, suitable for corrosive or high-heat-resistance applications. The overall design balances explosion-proof performance with temperature measurement accuracy, making it an ideal choice for applications with high safety and performance requirements.
