The CT-335 is a temperature sensor specifically designed for high-pressure applications. It features a high-pressure flange mounting system and is suitable for temperature monitoring needs in high-pressure pipelines, reactors, and closed systems. Its robust construction, customizable materials, and enhanced durability and reliability make it a safe and stable choice for temperature measurement in industrial production.

Description

The CT-335 high-pressure flange type temperature sensor uses a 2″ 300lb RF flange as its standard interface, suitable for piping systems and equipment requiring high-pressure sealing and strength. Its sensing element supports K-type and J-type thermocouples and PT100 platinum resistance thermometers, with different elements corresponding to different temperature ranges and accuracy levels to meet the needs of testing from high to medium and low temperatures. The protective sleeve diameter is available in φ20 mm or φ6.3 mm, with standard tube lengths of 300 mm and 500 mm, made of SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel, offering both corrosion resistance and pressure resistance. In addition to the standard configuration, the sensing element, tube length, and material can all be customized to adapt to various complex operating conditions.

INCONEL Ultra-high temperature nickel-based alloy, resistant to oxidation and acidic environments.
Hastelloy-C High corrosion resistant nickel-chromium alloy, resistant to strong acid environments.
Hastelloy-B High acid resistance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy, suitable for extremely acidic environments.
